Light rain usually won’t affect service, but if weather conditions make it unsafe or ineffective, we’ll reschedule at the earliest convenient time.

Garden waste isn't normally removed as part of the standard service, as we use the council provided green waste bins for disposal. However, if you'd like your garden waste taken away, we can arrange removal for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance so we can include it in your service.
